Return

1. Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
2. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance.

5. For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color and size.
6. For bulk orders or customized orders, the above policy does not apply. Returns will be discussed on a case by case basis for such orders.



Sale Products Policy

1. No cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order is placed.
2. Replacements are only applicable for verified transit damage reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
3. Decorative painted glass products require careful handling. Paint lifting caused by stickers, labels, adhesive tape, or post-delivery handling is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

Small Variations in color, glaze, texture, grains or the presence of small pinholes are natural characteristics of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

These slight differences are what lend our collections their distinct charm and authenticity.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we reuse clean packaging materials such as paper strips, thermocol, and cardboard wherever possible. This helps reduce waste, lower our carbon footprint, and extend the life of existing materials—while ensuring your order is packed with care.
