Return & Exchange Policy – Palms Home and Living
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with original packaging intact.
- Products purchased on sale, discount, or during promotional offers are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.
- Customized, personalized, or bulk/corporate orders are non-returnable.
- If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, dislike, preference), the same can be arranged, but customers must bear shipping charges.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- An unboxing video is required for any damage, defect, or missing item claim.
- The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue visible.
- Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement.
Damaged / Defective Products
- If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, unboxing video, and order details.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund (subject to stock availability).
- Minor variations in glaze, texture, paint drips, and small pinholes are inherent to the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
