Delivery Timelines (Post Dispatch)

  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours.
  • Pan-India delivery: 7–10 business days
  • Bangalore delivery: 1 business day
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹799.
  • A standard shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold.
  • A tracking link will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
  • We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged / Missing Orders

  • In case of damage in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video (if available).
  • We will assist with a replacement or resolution as per our Return Policy.
